Throughout my career, I've focused on identifying areas where automation could streamline operations and alleviate manual workloads. My projects have spanned a range of functions, including AR collections, consumer refunds, invoice processing, finance forecasting, and disaster recovery planning, among others.
One of my key achievements has been the development of an AR collections automation solution that significantly improved collection rates and reduced past due percentages. Another notable project involved the automation of a labor-intensive consumer refund process, resulting in significant time savings and improved process efficiency.
Other successful projects include the automation of a Customs/Brokers invoice posting process which was falling severely behind due to pandemic-related challenges, and the development of a solution for automatic maintenance of a disaster recovery contact list, ensuring up-to-date contacts in the event of a crisis.
